Whatever your issues with relating to food may be, and whether you are overweight or underweight,  hypnotherapy can help you to start to relax around food, and to help restore a positive body image.

People who tend to be constantly on a diets, tend to be the more stressed among us, and stress produces cortisol, which in itself makes us retain weight. Stress makes us consume more food and burn fewer calories.

If you will notice, people that are slim, tend to be the ones who don’t even seem to try. This is because they do not obsess with food in the same way that those who are heavier/lighter do. Food isn’t always seen as such a reward, emotional crutch, friend or enemy. It is what it is, something to fuel the body.

Issues around eating can be a thing of the past once we can allow ourselves to focus on the positives in our lives and start understanding our relationship with food.

I am not going to tell you to go on a diet, increase or decrease certain food types etc. you will no doubt be so well informed and could probably write a book on the different fad diets that are around, and the ones you have tried. Diets often end up making people more food obsessed and quite miserable, feeling that they are being deprived. That’s why they tend to be a short term fix, and don’t address the problems behind the over/under eating.

What I will do is help you to work towards where you want want to be, in a stress free, simple and relaxing way, where you will have 100% of all your brain power supporting you, through hypnosis. This will give you the Control you need to achieve whatever you want to achieve.
