I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (DHP).

I have also gained the prestigious Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) considered to be the “Gold standard” hypnotherapy qualification, and I also hold a BSc. Honours degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Mindfulness.

I am a member of number of professional organisations; including the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), Complementary & Natural healthcare Council (CNCH), and The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) – this means that I am committed to the highest standards, adhere to their codes of professional conduct, update my skills regularly, and am fully insured and hold a recent enhanced DBS certificate.

Continued Professional Development (CPD) courses attended are hypnosis for childbirth, fertility, working with children, mindfulness and acceptance, NLP, O.C.D, research techniques, neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

I  am also currently studying for my Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma.

It goes without saying that all sessions are completely confidential, non-judgemental and I follow strict data protection procedures with any personal details.

I  set up my hypnotherapy practice in 2012 whilst studying at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, and have found it life-enhancing in so many ways,  both as a career choice and as a solution to help many clients including family and friends as well as myself. I am now fortunate enough to have been able to expand into 3 separate practices in Burnham-on-Sea, Taunton, and Bridgwater, and enjoy every aspect of my work

I really do wish I had discovered years ago!

I am so enthusiastic about getting people to where they want to be in life, and the rewards of seeing the change in people, in a relatively short space of time is amazing. Another great thing for me is to see the empowerment that it brings to my clients, for they are ones in complete control of the whole process. The tools that we will work on together will benefit you for the rest of your life, and you will be able to cope with almost any of life’s situations better than you could before, with a calm mind, and in a more relaxed and positive way. Once you understand how your brain works you can start to regain control- control of your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, and your behaviours.

I’m pleased to say that most of my clients come from referrals either from G.P’s or previous clients who have found out how successful they can be using Hypnotherapy and learning tools which stand them in good stead long after our therapy sessions are complete.

I truly believe that therapy shouldn’t be a harrowing process, and that you should always leave our sessions together feeling relaxed, happy, in control and excited about the weeks ahead, with renewed optimism and strength.
